We are Montrealers who love the Lord, are passionate about loving the community around us, and studying the book He gave us, the Bible, the message of which can bring us from death to life. Our worship services feature a variety of music, blending instruments and vocals in many styles.  We love children, and have programs designed for them to learn and enjoy from teachers who love them. Our desire is to serve our Lord Jesus Christ, and to grow in knowledge of Him daily.
To our neighbours in N.D.G. and the rest of Montreal, welcome to
The GOSPEL, the Good News of Jesus Christ for everyone,
is all we have to offer, and is and our only hope and comfort.
He can be YOUR hope and comfort as well.

Oh my, lots of things.
Right now our church building is slowly reopening but that doesn't stop us at all, because the church is so much more than a building .... We have a sermon from an elder every Sunday on our Youtube channel, along with a Sunday School class for the younger children. There is a Young Adults Zoom meeting every Sunday morning as well as one for the older teens. We have three online Bible studies during the week, also through Zoom. There are also two music sharing events, one on Saturday and one on Sunday evenings. There is also an active Prayer Chain where you can submit requests for the congregation to pray for you or a friend.

That's when the building is closed......
When it's open we have our regular Sunday morning service, Worship music, Baptisms, in-home Bible studies and fellowship. We have several large music events over the year, Pot Luck lunches  along with Men's Dinners, Art classes for the community, Youth events and outings, and more.
The Lord has asked us to be like Him, creative and expansive. He is the Life Giver, we live the life.

The church's job is the encourage and equip fellow Christians to go into the world and live out their salvation, the grace and overwhelming joy God gives us in front of the whole world. Sharing our faith with friends, sharing their concerns with them, being a source of love even to those who call themselves our enemies, for we have none among people. The church reaches out to the satisfied and the unsatisfied, the weak and the strong, the great and so-called nothings of our society, because God loves and seeks each one and can save any. The church also sends and supports missionaries, and sends members to study in seminaries.
Madison is known to be a very warm and friendly church, where people will be glad to meet and greet you, and talk with you. Don't believe me? Just walk in on any Sunday and we'll prove it to you. It doesn't matter what your background is at all.

We even have a Portuguese congregation that meets on Sundays!

We had a great Easter service for which we're thankful to the Lord, but the government has cut the service down to 25 people again,
and as before we don't find it possible to do a proper service under those conditions. We feel that with the vaccine rollout, it's only a matter of time until we're back again. In the meantime- pray for one another and look to the Lord every day for His blessing of love, forgiveness, and provision for each person.
