The church is the family of Christ... for real!
(Mark 3:34-25) and we take that seriously here at Madison, manifesting it in a warm, welcoming atmosphere of worship, sharing and learning. Our Sunday service includes worship music, a time of sharing prayer requests, the elder's sermon and announcements of what is happening in the church over the next few weeks. Then we head downstairs for coffee and dessert!

Worship Music
We have two worship teams that lead our worship time. The teams utilize a variety of instruments, including guitar, piano, congas, organ, bongos and Bass. The teams alternate from Sunday to Sunday and provide a variety of music styles. We typically have a mixture of contemporary music and traditional hymns during the service.

Songs, bible lessons and play time. you'd be surprised at how this toddlers engage with their teacher's lessons! And ever child loves songs and having books read to them.

Sunday School
We have a very active Sunday School! Each group has dedicated teachers who volunteer out of love for the Lord and the children that come into their classes. We believe in "training up a child in the way they should go" (Prov 22:6), and our Sunday School is there to support parents in their efforts to raise godly and loving children.

Nursery for Ages 0-3
Songs, bible lessons, games and crafts. Kids love the activities the teachers provide, and they're always up for a game that allows them to use their energy!
Junior church for Ages 4-6
Bible lessons, discussions, projects, games, and field trips. Children love learning with the teachers and developing their own understanding of the faith. In the past we've had many projects, such as fundraising to help Missionaries and their work with people in China, as well as the Leprosy Mission in India.
Lighthouse for ages 7-12
Bible studies, debates, movies and field trips. In our Youth group there are no questions that can't be asked, no discussion the teachers won't tackle, a no one is turned away. Our friendly and fun enviroment in the new upper room makes for a relaxed time. Cocoa and tea served with cookies!
